I Can't recieve loot because of "previous behavioral issues".

First of all sorry for bad english :p.So about a week ago i receive 15 games chat restricted i've seen what i've said and i understand i was flaming hard. But yesterday i got all 15 games played, in that day after i got the chat restricted clean i played a normal and in the end i get S but said you can't receive loot because of "previous behavioral issues", in that day i thinked it was because i've been clean in that day but today i played a game and didn't receive, i need help, i dont know if it's like CS GO we have to wait like 1 month to start receive or if its permanent i need help i've invested so much money in this game .

It depends on the person. Don't get reported and it'll eventually go away.

It's totally possible you'll never get any loot. I don't think Riot has said what exactly is going on with that.

I forget how long they said, but yes, you will have to wait a long time before receiving loot. It's one of their "rewards for positive play" kind of things.

On a different note, how'd you get 15 game chat restriction? I thought the punishments were 10 game, 25 game, 14 day ban, permaban?

Pde5 probably 10 like i dont really remember but yeah was not 25 so it was 10 xD
