I was re-roll 3 skins and i know that i must get permenet skin.I get skin but i dont own that champion.So if you can help me with that.Is that Riot change the recepi or is a bug.

That's not a bug. When re-rolling, you're guaranteed to get a skin that you don't own, but it's not guaranteed to be for a champion that you own. It can still be for one that you don't own.

For champion rerolls you will always get a champion you don't already own. For skin rerolls, you will get a skin you don't already own but that doesn't necessarily mean you'll have the champion already.

That isn't a bug. I re-rolled a Dragon Trainer Tristana, (Don't play ADC) Void-Bringer Illaoi, and Elderwood Hecarim and got Enchanted Galio. I don't own Galio, as I'm pretty new. So no, this isn't a bug. Its just huge luck.

Btw I'm upset I re-rolled them and only got Enchanted galio -.- Unlucky man... Unlucky*[slayer-jinx-unamused]*
