Tristana bug

I'm not sure if this is a bug with a Trist skin or with Tristana bot. I loaded into a botvashv game yesterday and Tristana bot's splash art was just blue. Instead of her champ/skin name it was an error code. When we got vision of her she was completely blue, with just the outline of her body. I know it wasn't a corrupted file in my end because my teammates commented on it too.
