PD bug on Kalista

I find it funny how riot calls phantom dancer an "essential item" in the recommended items for kalista yet the item doesnt work on her. sometimes while kiting she won't hop. This gets even more glitchy with more attack speed. Phantom dancer lets kalista kite faster than normal with more attack speed which could be abusable if it didn't bug every few attacks. Newer kalista players will buy this and hate the champ for being "glitchy" even though her kiting is fine, the item is glitchy. This bug has been in the game ever since PD got reworked but Riot doesn't seem to fix it. If it was fixed PD could become an actually good item on her but as of now its more of a burden to try to use PD.
