Katarina q bug
There seems to be a bug that if you bouncing blades a target that then goes into the FOW, there is no damage dealt?
Its happened multiple times but i have no clue what causes it

That isn't a bug you simply didn't finish the relatively long cast time yet which makes it look like you threw your blade but it won't deal damage. It just lacks clarity:)
The animation of Kat's Q actually extends to it being thrown even if you break LoS. So in the end it just looked like it went but it never did and it never went on cd.
It doesn't do damage but your q doesn't go on cooldown either
