hud and server issues with new update?

at 3 am PST the game had got a update including the new and, rework. which had added issues such as hud and display issues, huge server issues. to the point of not being able to play....

all i want to know is how long will it take for this to be fixed, being unable to read anything ingame is not even close to playable. from all of the issues it felt like i was playing on the PBE instead of the normal servers.

the past 3 games i have played took double to triple the normal start time.

they need to revoke this patch and address the issues more before putting it out into the public

if you noticed anything else let me know, because i think riot just released a "patch" more like a problem.
