Game Severely Glitched/Crashed/Can't get back in

(First post by the way so please don't critique my format or grammar too much :) ) So I was just playing a ranked game and the scoreboard was completely glitched, I couldn't see health bars and some other bugs were occurring. Eventually I could see my own, but a minute later the game completely froze. I cannot get back in and I am pretty sure that my team will lose. Is it possible for my team and I to not have LP loss due to a glitch that is more than likely Riots fault. Also if it is possible may I not be accountable for a Leaver Buster penalty (because i did not intentionally leave). Hopefully a Riot member can see this and clear things up.
