i got 5 matchmade games of lower priority because league said it needed to be reinstalled!

i was queued to be naut support yesterday and while the game was loading it exited and said it needed to reinstall again because a resource was missing. so i rebooted and when i did league wouldnt even start. so i uninstalled/reinstalled. now i login and i have a 5 game restriction of this bullshit. wasnt my fault. it was riots. get me a rioter. fix this shit.
