Akali's K/da shroud bug

There seems to be a bug for the skin k/da for akali via link (not my video) I got the skin and it really messes my gameplay whenever i'm in shroud, i tried to change the effect graphics but it would only be fixed temporarily once then back to the damn bug again after. Any help?
