bard stun still works with morg black shield

There are two parts to bards "stun" The first part is that it does magic damage when it hits you and slows, it only stuns when it hits something else behind the skillshot (Minions, walls, other summoners.) Because it is not and instant stun, it does the magic damage first, taking the shield out and then stuns you if it hits something behind the shot. Since magic damage is applied on initial contact, if the shield is not big enough then it gets taken out before the CC goes into effect and therefore can't block the CC. It's kind of annoying but that's how it works.
