Not Obtaining Summoner Icons

I obtained Pulsefire Ezreal from Hextech Crafting and was gifted Stinger Akali from what I assume was the Spinning Axes event. It said I got the Pulsefire Ezreal Icon but it does not appear in my selection and neither does the Golden Draven Icon. I tried logging out and back in and playing a game with the Ezreal Skin to see if that would fix it but they still aren't there. What do I do?
