Lee Q going through champions [GAMEPLAY]

Lee Sin's q travels through enemy champions and doesn't do damage or allow him to recast q it just goes the full distance and acts as though it missed the target. The videos are two different instances in the same game of my buddy playing lee sin with me and I know it has happened to him before, but I couldn't find it and I wasn't gonna sit through and watch all of his lee q's.

I haven't tried very much to recreate the bug, but I can't find anyway to really duplicate it and the videos show two pretty different things happening before it occurs. Video 1 Video 2
