End of game crash

Lately when ive been finishing my games ( on my mac) ive noticed that the first 3-4 games i play (yesterday it was 5) i froze and crashed at the end and had to restart my comp, Is this a common issue, and should I continue to be worried about it?

Does it crash after you click "Continue" or after? In the windowed client in chat, or the fullscreen game after the Nexus goes down?
