[GAMEPLAY] Quinn Perma Bird Form

While in Valor Form, when Uses W to devour valor to safety. Upon ejection is unable to activate ult which is stuck at 82 seconds, and will remain Valor form for the remainder of the game. Death does not fix this bug nor does dying towards other champions. While in this form has access to her passive to mark enemies when in Valor form does not have this ability to do so dealing extra damage.

1. Valor Form
2. Tahm Devours Valor
3. Tahm Spits out Valor
4. Valor remains until the end of the game.
5. Melee form Quinn passive is OP.
