[GAMEPLAY] Refunding items resets your hp and mp
When you buy an item in the shop while you are damaged and refund it later, you revert back to the amount of hp and mp you had when buying it.
- take damage and go back to base
- buy an item before you are healed to full
- refund the item
Tried this with Azir and Ahri on Summoner's Rift and Twisted Treeline. This happens even if you heal to full or leave the fountain (but are still able to refund). Definitely happened with items with no hp or mp on them (such as boots or brawler's gloves).
