Bug with ZZ'Rot and Spoils of War

Riot changed "spoils of war" some time ago to not include Zyras plants (and I think also Heimer turrets), because they only give 5g and Riots statement was something like "5g doesn't help anybody". But when someone with Relic Shield, or one of its upgrades, executes a Voidspawn, the wearer and allies are granted 0 killgold, one stack of spoils of war gets consumed and both gets healed.
