Sometimes when I'm trying to look at my own rune pages, it bugs out and it wont show the popup for the rune page. Pls help*[slayer-jinx-unamused]*

I just encountered this as well.
ARAM lobby, attempted to create a new rune page in champ select.. Boom. Unable to view any runes.
try changing the resolution of the client, fixed it for me
