Alt Tabbing out of league and alt tabbing back makes my cursor permanently smaller.

So basically while I'm dead or when I'm waiting for the game to load, I would alt tab out of the game. However when I alt tab back the cursor size gets exponentially smaller, even to the point where i lose where my cursor is at times. IM TILTED ANY SOLUTION?? (My laptop is the dell xps 13 if that helps. Also, the optimal resolution for the laptop is 3200x1800 but i play league 1366x768)
