Kai'Sa Evolution Glitch

in playing Kai'Sa, I've had two glitches occur. The first is probably more of a quality-of-life thing, but the second was pretty devastating.... The first of these glitches happened some time ago, around the first week of playing her. it was more a quality of life issue, so I didnt bother going to report it. but since Im here about something major, may as well... If you purchase a tear-related item on kai'sa, you have to re-evolve your skills every time you respawn. the AD provided by manamura and AP provided by Seraphs embrace are apparently not counted on dead champions, so while dead, you fall beneath the limit, and re-surpass the limit upon respawn. a bit of a time waster watchign her flex everytime you need to re-evolve, but not game breaking...

A second, more devestating glitch occurred minutes ago while playing kai'sa. My build was hextech gunblade, blade of ruined king, and berserker greaves. While dead, I purchased Blasting wand, Pickaxe, and Recurve bow, the ingredients to make a guiinsoo rageblade. once I respawned, I had met the requirements to evolve all 3 skills at once. Admittedly, the action, was pretty intense, so I mash-clicked through all three of them in Q,W,E order. After spending all three points, I noticed that only two skills had evolved, my Q and W. Invisibility failed to activate upon casting my E despite the skill description showing I had 111% bonus attack. the yellow meter above the skill was also stuck in its state from before buying recurve bow, being just short of the goal. Selling and re-buying my recurve bow to push the attack speed cap again did nothing passive effectively broke in that moment. :_;

I play fullscreen and I dont have a "print screen button" button on my keyboard. Will try to go into training tool or watch replay to see if it replicates. so I can get proofs. for now, I hope my descriptions alone are enough to move forward looking into this.
