Mordekaiser ulting Jhin

We had an enemy Mordekaiser use his Ultimate on our Jhin. The ghost Jhin would not reload and was stuck on 4th shot crit, ever single shot.

it's intended from what i've heard due to his ghost keeping the on hit affects they died with but yet that isn't the case with urgot

Any on hit effects and abilities that empowered the auto attacks will always be kept on the ghost the moment they die while holding it, If Jhin was on his 1,2,3 shot, he would never hit his 4th nor reload because the ghost is coded to be that way and not a champion,Bugkaiser has 100s of bugs so..... yeah, give him a break.
