cant connect to games

hey i just lost a game in my plat 2 series because i couldnt connect my ign is spank dat axev2 i just qued again and the next thing i know the same thing happened where i wasnt able to connect for this patch is there any way that i can get my fucking losses repealed because thats some bull shit. like jesus christ i shouldnt have lost those what so ever and now to top it off i have a que time for leaving the game when i couldnt even connect jesus christ lord help us all
