In Client Status Bug

I was trying to change my status via the small circle next to the summoner icon on the client, but when I pressed it, it simply flashed red then went back to green. My first thought was my mouse so I tried a clicking counter and after each click only raised the number by 1 I knew it had to be a bug. I'm on the NA servers and I even tried restarting my client.

It's still doing this - plus the game client has had the tendency to switch to "green" or "available" even when you switch between programs.
