Getting errors

After finished a game, me and my teammates is experiencing an error occurred to the server, it says you are still in game and we couldn't start a new game. and I've tried to relog on to my account but it shows up that I have to reconnect to the previous game that I had just finished. now i am stuck in this situation and cant do anything now!please solve this asap
