Why aren't I receiving the gift I got from my friend?

My friend recently gifted me an Elementalist Lux skin but, for some reason I didn't receive it. This also happened when my friend gifted another friend Pulsefire Riven. I'm not sure it is just a bug or something, but it was really sad that my friend was basically robbed of his RP. [sg-soraka]

1/ Maybe he trolled you and actually never sent you anything. 2/ Maybe there was a bug and your friend should contact Player Support and explain his situation. Since you are the recipient of the gift, you havent "lost" anything per se, thats why its better that your friend writes instead of you.
