duo queue bug

I was in a duo queue with my firend and the enemy wasn't picking, I was like the game is gona crash and then he told me that I was the one that was in need to pick and I was still waiting that the other one pick. And then the game crashed and i lost my series because of that. Is that possible that i can receive my 3 lp that make me go in my series because of a bug? ty
