black screen and loading cursor after the Continue after a game button

it doesnt happen every game but every so often i get a blackscreen and just a loading cursor with a windows noise before that. i cannot do anything with my computer after it happens i have to restart it. i was just wondering if there is any fix to this bug or what is going on to my game after a match?
