Ranked Queue so broken

Gold 5, I am. Not saying I'm better than Gold, but I'll never know cause Riot puts kids in my games who have 4 total ranked games played with a combined 5-80 KD. Yes, 5-80. 5 kills, 80 deaths throughout their only 4 ranked games. How in the creation of man-fucking-kind do you let this shit into my Gold elo matches? And to think, your "great" company docks me LP cause I can't carry these two kids who 4 game AVG KD, each, are like 1.25/12 per game ... makes total sense. And on top of it all, you are to blame for increasing the experienced gained on new players so these scrubs are hitting LVL 30 in like 40 games with no experience and hopping straight into ranked.
