Velkoz melee doesn't proc execution passive in Relic Shield line

[GAMEPLAY] - Velkoz melee doesn't proc execution passive in Relic Shield line

As of patch 7.10 Velkoz can equip Relic Shield but when I tested in Custom (Bot v Bot) It doesn't proc execution. He never does the execution damage despite being melee despite a bot/ai champ being nearby. I haven't tested live yet for fear of just ruining the game for people around me. I will have a friend join a game to ensure it isn't an Bot/AI related issue later tonight.

EDIT: Situation clarified in Comments and I understand that Vel'Koz doesn't perform melee attacks.
