Is there a solution to the screen freeze?

Recently, I've been experiencing a lot of screen freezes while playing games.The specific situation is as follows: In the middle of the game, a Windows prompt sounded, and my screen froze.I try to bring up the task manager, but always jump back to the frozen screen.I could open a new desktop but could not remove the frozen desktop.This happens especially frequently between the first 1 and 2 minutes of the game.Sometimes, after I restart my computer, I re-enter the game, and this time it won't happen again.Sometimes this happens more frequently. My computer is an HP laptop running Windows 10.This has never happened before when I play other games like CSGO.
