Bug - When picking Jinx game crashes and cant reconnect to game

Today I was playing ranked and selected Jinx. When champion select was over I couldnt connect to the game and was getting "Cannot connect to Server - Please check your internet connection" I am FULLY aware of all the steps to troubleshoot that issue if thats what the issue was. 20 minutes later the game I was not able to connect to ends, i lose LP, and probably got reported for afk. In the meantime I played a game on my alternate account just fine from the same PC which I found weird.

So I log back into my account having the issue. Queue up for ranked and I pick Alistar - game goes fine. Next game I play Eve - game goes fine. Next game I pick Jinx - champ select ends "Cannot connect to Server - Please check your internet connection"

Only constants here is the champion, my rune page, and my mastery page.

I am more frustrated that my account will most likely get banned for 2 afk games in the same day yet I was never able to join the game due to a bug/issue. I can deal with not playing Jinx but now I am looking at a ban and being flagged as a leaver.

Please look into this. I would be more than happy to recreate it with some Riot members.
