WHERE IS MY XP???

I am leveling up a smurf and I just wasted about an hour of my life to play two games. One was an aram that was about 20 minutes of my team running it down and my eyes bleeding the whole time. I won this game and received no xp, Thanks riot. I decided I then wanted to play an 3v3 normal game and smash some shitty players and once I was done that I also got no xp. Wtf is going on here? The only reason I am playing on this account it to play ranked and I need level 30. Why am I not getting any xp??????????????
