Weird smart ping bug?

Ok so I don't really know how to explain this, but when I go to ping something using the smart ping. I sometimes can't control my mouse. The only way I can avoid this is if I hold the smart ping key then just not move my mouse until like a second after. I found that if you spam G and move your mouse around, it will 100% of the time just drift up into one of the top corners. I have also had another bug happen where if I am smart pinging and the game ends, I can't click accept because my mouse will just keep getting dragged to the center of the screen. To fix this problem I then have to Alt + F4.
