Loading Screen Doesn't Open After Champion Select

I recently redownloaded league of legends onto my mac. Then whenever I try to play a game I can get through everything just fine until after champion select. After the countdown the client goes back to the main page after logging in. When I quit out of the client and log back in it sends me to the reconnect to game screen. When I click it the client minimizes, and goes into the dock but no load screen pops up. I repeatedly click the reconnect button but the same thing happens. I have even repaired the client. When I load into a custom game it works but the first time the dimensions were off so I set them to the right dimension. Nothing seems to work. Like deleting the lol_launcher folder and redownloading it. Now it won't even load custom games.
