Battle Academia Lux/Jayce Hextech Glitch

So heres what happens: I combined three skin shards to get the new skins and I picked up the Lux skin. I keep going to get the rest, including Lux's prestige skin(which i know you can get via skin reroll's), and then got Lux's skin again. I'm thinking "The hell? I just got this skin." I try again and after two others I get Lux's skin again. I have all the other skins(looks like Jayce is doing it too) and all I need is Lux's prestige skin.

Edit: Its not that its just dropping multiple times. Despite getting the skin multiple times, its not showing up in my collections. Its doing the same for Jayce as well. I can get it via the Hextech Reroll system but the skin never logs in my collections and it still says I can't use it in game.

Edit2: Ok something even stranger appeared. I looked back at my skin shard page, intending on trying one last time. I then notice that there were 6 skin shards for Lux's regular BA skin and 2 of Jayce's. The skins weren't going into the collection but instead were made into a skin shard that I had to then make permanent. After this I used three of her shards and got the same result with her prestige skin. It became a skin shard and I then turned it into a permanent skin...wtf is going on Riot?
