Skin i got as gift has disappeared

i had received 2 mystery gifts from my friend a two weeks ago and today i search them and it says me to unlock the skins with RP !! so i typed down a support ticket to Riot and the answer was

There isn't a way to get them back. By the sounds of it, there was an issue with the bank and RIOT had to take back the RP and whatever was bought with it. The only way to get them is for you to buy them. Luckily, they were gifted and not your money spent on them.

If you look closely it say's that the recipent that bought it has it reversed, the transaction didn't go through.

Meaning your friend might have money problems

Hiya!

It looks like your situation falls into one of these categories.

2) If a player purchases RP and gifts content with it, and subsequently issues a chargeback for the money spent on that RP, we will remove that content.

Since payment was ultimately not received, we removed the content from your account.

basically what happen was the owner of the card that was used to make the purchase called their bank and basically said that that transaction wasn't done on their behalf so the bank returns the customer their money making riot tak back the skin since there is no funds for that skinAhri
