Hello,
I have opened 2 loot boxes in the last two days and the loot store froze. So after a couple minutes I went to the lobby to get out of the store and came back and I received nothing. It also said that my keys and box were used.
Is there anyway I can get those two boxes and all those keys back?

There have been issues with the animation not playing, but you still get the loot. First check your Store > Account > Purchase History page and see if you received a Summoner Icon, since that won't show up in your loot. If you can't see what you got, post on Help & Support and they can take a loot at it for you.
Bro I have been having the exact same problem! I opened one last night and it glitches and doesn't give me anything. Hope they fix this so I don't grind for nothing. I feel your pain xD
