Unable to create an ingame nickname for my club

Hello, it appears that with the new club system, I seem to be unable to create an in game nickname for my club, I have met all needed requirements, it just seems that the box to write the nickname (Like 'Puroz' for Poro Knight) seems to either be invisible or completely non existent, has anyone else had this bug and if so, does anyone know how to fix the issue, thanks!
