Keep Getting AFK Because Game is Loading Slowly (MAC)

I keep getting punished with AFK 20 minute delays because my game is loading slow. I've done the updates, tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It usually effects the fist game of the day that I play and then seems to get better. However, I'm not AFK but still punished as if I left the game. I'm actually sitting in front of my computer waiting for it to load so that I can play? Can you please fix my status?
