[GAMEPLAY] Lee's q, Sonic Wave noticeably harder to hit.

I was playing Lee sin the other day and noticed i could not hit a single q. Soon after that game I ran into another lee sin main. I asked him if he noticed that it was harder to hit "Sonic Wave". Which is his q. He agreed as well as 2 other players. This is a HUGE problem for Lee sin players.
