Game/new launcher bug

Well my problem is that since the latest update I am keep getting FPS ups and downs in game... Its happening every game now. When everybody picks and it starts to load the game I just get a black screen and then I must restart the game so I can reconnect I have lost like a lot of LP because its continuously lagging ang bugging... And than there is the login waiting. I must wait like 5 minutes to get into the client I mean the menu but all of this started happening since the new 7.2 update.

I dont know how should I fix it!?
