[Gameplay] Mundo Q Bug

Dr. Mundo's Meat Cleaver Q is INVISIBLE in his default skin and TPA Skin, haven't tested or seen the issue with his other skins. This is really becoming a big issue currently as he has 0 counterplay due to said bug and 1 of the reasons why he is good in the recent patches. This problem exists for an entire year and hasn't been fixed.

Returning after testing vs a Dr. Mundo bot with the default skin and he had Invisible Meat Cleaver Q yet again. This is happening 100% of the time Mundo is played.
