Undo a jungle item smite bug!
Stumbled upon this bug by chance testing out somethings. But if you buy any of these 
and then decide that another one of them would be better and undo the purchase and buy whichever, while both charges of 
are down, you will only ever charge up one instead of reaching the cap of 2.
So-----
- Get gold for one of the items above
- Use both charges of smite before going back
- Go back and buy one of the items
- Undo purchase for a different one
- Watch as you cap out at one smite charge
