New bugs in patch 9.11

Hello guys , so the new patch apear (9.11) and with it i got that problem about dropframes . Before that patch i had like constant 70-80 and now 20-30 when doing nothing in base , 5 to freze in fights . Another Bug happened this morning when i wanted to test my fps again in a normal game and after champion select the game apear to give me the Red error screen , close it, press recconect button but no succes , the error persist till the players remake . I can do something to fix that ?
