New bugs in patch 9.11

Hello guys , so the new patch apear (9.11) and with it i got that problem about dropframes . Before that patch i had like constant 70-80 and now 20-30 when doing nothing in base , 5 to freze in fights . Another Bug happened this morning when i wanted to test my fps again in a normal game and after champion select the game apear to give me the Red error screen , close it, press recconect button but no succes , the error persist till the players remake . I can do something to fix that ?

I seem to have the exact same problem. Yesterday, after the patch, my FPS got hella low. From 100-150 to like 30-40. Today, there's a lot of crashes happening. I seem to have gotten past the problem by finding something called WMI Host in Task Manager and ending the process. Everything's fine after that, except for the FPS drop coming back. Nothing I can do about that, but the game hasn't crashed for me yet. Not playing it until RIOT does anything about it, because I don't wanna lose games.

This Problem also happens to me, but I don't have any WMI in my Task Manager and tried other programs to end, but didn't help. Really need a solution for this.
