Victory/Defeat Screen

Ive noticed as Ekko, if you hit your ult right as the game is ending. The screen doesn't pan over to the Nexus, it stays locked on me and then the Victory/Defeat pops up.

Wait till either the Nexus is going down or a team has just surrendered.

I've done a similar thing when I based. I based but the game ended halfway through and panned to the fountain but I returned home so that screen panned to me in base.
