"q" not working on ashe
whole game with ashe and q wouldnt work even after hitting minions

Deep Terror Nami1 votesYou have to stack the passive up 4 times before you can activate it. You used to be able to activate it for a smaller benefit with fewer stacks, but now you can only activate it with max stacks.
