CLIENT BUG

CLIENT I have been playing on the EUW server from India for the past two months with no issues (other than the obvious high ping). However since yesterday afternoon after a game, I haven't been able to play as the Play button looks to be disabled and the Home tab in the client has also vanished, also on logging in the client screen is black except for the tabs and chat options. I have tried the initiate full repair option in the client but that wasn't successful, tried to launch the legacy client but it says there is no internet connection (though there is) and even ran the Hextech Repair Tool with auto repair option on, but it hasn't resolved the issue either.

Is there any solution for this issue or should I have to reinstall the game?
