Popstar Ahri and Ahri snowdown sale error

Listen, I'm not trying to sound like a douche or anything...but it's x-mas and my girlfriend really loves to play Ahri. This is a really good deal...and I wanted to give her a little something special, along with many other gifts. She means the world to me, and nothing makes me more sad than to see her disappointed. We keep getting an error, "An error has occured, please try again." Something along those lines. Basically I can't make the purchase for Ahri and Popstar Ahri...we are a huge fan of you guys, and we enjoy playing league together. It's sort of like our date night ;) If you could please help us...it would be much appreciated. I understand there are probably other posts about this and people may get upset and tell me I should not have started a new post. I never made a post before...so honestly I don't know what I am doing. I just want my girlfriend to be happy, because when she's happy, I'm happy :) Thank you in advance for any help.
