Popstar Ahri and Ahri snowdown sale error

Listen, I'm not trying to sound like a douche or anything...but it's x-mas and my girlfriend really loves to play Ahri. This is a really good deal...and I wanted to give her a little something special, along with many other gifts. She means the world to me, and nothing makes me more sad than to see her disappointed. We keep getting an error, "An error has occured, please try again." Something along those lines. Basically I can't make the purchase for Ahri and Popstar Ahri...we are a huge fan of you guys, and we enjoy playing league together. It's sort of like our date night ;) If you could please help us...it would be much appreciated. I understand there are probably other posts about this and people may get upset and tell me I should not have started a new post. I never made a post before...so honestly I don't know what I am doing. I just want my girlfriend to be happy, because when she's happy, I'm happy :) Thank you in advance for any help. Been playing league for years...huge fan and never had any problems. Thanks for being a great company. Happy Holidays Rioters!

Oh, I probably should of mentioned. I had purchased Panda Annie, because she likes Annie too. I had absolutely no problem with that purchase. I really doubt that would have any effect on why I can't purchase the Ahri sale...but maybe idk. I couldn't find anything on forums or on google discussing a certain limit on the Snowdown sale purchases. Thanks again in advance, hope this little bit of information was somewhat helpful.

I suggest submitting a ticket to riot support. It might be a bug or a glitch and riot can most likely fix it for you.

I love playing Ahri, too, and PopstAhri is in my Snowdown Shop as well, so I'd hate to see such a bad situation like this go unfixed. Hope it all gets fixed and Merry Christmas ^_^ [slayer-jinx-catface]

Ahri was discounted in the normal store until a few hours ago. Your Snowdown Shop won't allow a purchase if the champion or skin is on sale in the normal store. Since the sale for Ahri ended, Your Snowdown Shop allowed you to make the purchase.

No problem ^_^ And yeah, Ahri was on sale for some time but personally I don't pay any attention to that but at least your problem was solved! I'm glad she's happy now (because someone gifted my PopstAhri, too, so now I'm happy XD) so you two take care and have fun on the fields of Justice :)

P.S. you and your girlfriend are free to add my to your friend list if you would like, since I feel like I've helped you accomplish something :P
