BUG GAMEPLAY CHOGATH

I was playing fizz vs chogath top, and i noticed that every time i Q through him, like literally EVERY time he used his aoe silence FORWARD while clearly MISSING me, i still get silenced and damaged while BEHIND him. I understand if once or twice he did his silence WHILE i was dashing through, but most of the time i was already behind him and i thought he'd miss his silence but it seems like his silence starts from "behind" just barely enough to shut me down even while whiffing his skill entirely. Please look into this, cause this is nonsense and should not be this way. When i pointed this out in all chat, the chogath agreed with me that it was quite BS (though im sure he was happy to walk away with an undeserved lane win).
