Windows 8 Launcher Won't Open; RADS error?

Hello!

I have a Lenovo G50 laptop which came with Windows 8 installed. Windows has been a huge letdown especially for League. I couldn't play unless I ran League as an administrator, but now when I click on the launcher I get the following error: Failed to launch RADS/system/rads_user_kernel.exe and I can't play at ALL now. I went and tried everything recommended in previous threads on the issue, but nothing is working. Anyone having the same issue? Anyone having any luck fixing it?
