Broken Turret range indicators

I played Victor in practise tool and when i went to edge of the enemy nexus turret range and i stayed here for a while the turret range indicators of all enemy turrets and nexus turret suddenly started expanding all over the map until they disappered...

To run this bug you should have your turret range indicators in in game section.

I can confirm i have seen this. Being in range of 3 at once yet none shooting as they were false indicators.
